... lots of wildlife too!

With so much land dedicated to nature preserves - plus the natural ocean, rivers, bays and estuaries, Wareham and Parkwood Beach are blessed with a wide range of wildlife - including birds, mammals, fish, reptiles, amphibians, plants and trees.

How many mammals live in Parkwood Beach, besides us?
At least 9!  Coyotes, red fox, gray squirrels, river otters, eastern chipmunks, racoons, eastern moles, white tailed deer and eastern cottontail rabbits.
