It all began in 1937, when an Italian woman named Speranza Cubellis

decided to move her produce stand to Buzzards Bay with her husband and children.  She opened her Italian Restaurant during WW2; today Emilio John (E.J.) Cubellis II is the Chef & 3rd generation owner, serving her classic recipes with Italian hospitality.  Mezza Luna also provides catering, hosts events and has a great bar.
